silverorange just launched the new site for one of our favorite bands, Sloan. The site integrates the new PhotoGallery 2.0 for both the front end and the backend. The new system demonstrates how the new gallery differs from the fixed layouts of old galleries.

One of the tools developed for the photo gallery (and which has also been used on several of our other projects) is a photo cropping tool. Recently we’ve developed a new cropping tool in Flash with improved functionality. I’ve set up a live demo, and the source code (zip file) is also available.
